I have been using some of the BPS "Money" seasoned brisket ....

Usually make pulled pork pies but went with the brisket for a change.
Layered a cast iron skillet with slice tatoes and seasoned with more Big Poppa "Money" rub...
filled with brisket
scallions and a drizzle of Boot Kickin' Spicy Q sauce...
provolone..
bacon lattice with more "Money" sprinkled on top...

into the drum at 325F...
cooked for about one hour, until the tatoes were tender.
I loved it even more than pulled pork pie!
will make this one again for sure. I'm really liking the "Money" rub. :grin:
