I call my sammiches McSpareRib since they shaped more like spare ribs :becky:
Started with country ribs
Cut into chunks to be ground
First round grind
Ground it the second time
Gave it the rectangular shape
Next came the ridges
Shaped them
Into the fridge for a semi-freeze
Ready to get smoked in the kamado
Next I sprinkled the rolls with semolina for the "authentic" McD's product
Into to grill for a few mins
Almost ready
Sauced it
Time to assemble
Pickles, Vidalia onions and plated
My take on the McRib with this one (topped with fries, sweet chili sauce, relish, sriracha)
And the whole enchilada
Bet you can't find a smoke ring like this at McD's :biggrin1:
