Wife's Smoker getting Better all the time

If you remember I "Gave" my wife a craigslist smoker for Mothers Day. :twisted:
Well i plan on making it a cold smoker for cheese and perhaps fish ala Thirdeye. Found this at a yard sale. Fits like it was made for it. Heavy ceramic base/bowl. Let them talk me down to $3 Redneck guru controlling the element and BAM!

Yea, I remember her mothers day gift. I remember her expression also. Seems she ended up going to Laguna beach and spent some money.:mrgreen:
