Picked up the steer I had done so I'm doing hanger steak tonight. Saturday's are pizza night, I've got some slow rise dough in the fridge. Cass and her daughter are coming over to try their hand at making their own. Then it's back to my 2nd home on Sunday...

Pizza last night on the new Blackstone oven. For lunch today I did yogurt marinated chicken on the gasser and naan on the Blackstone griddle with some homemade tatziki. Meanwhile, on the BGE I have a chuckie smoking for tonight. Great weekend but I need to get better at taking pics.
