Just noticed they had some birds already brined at Costco today. Anybody smoked one of these before?

 PreBrined? ain't they expensive?

I'm going with my ole standard - $.59/lb Enhanced and Genetically Altered Turkey.

I was at my local Costco today and only noticed "Butterball" brand, maybe I missed the others..

We just bought two Centrella brand injected turkey breasts to smoke. They were 1.99/lb.

I bought one for this year's Thanksgiving because I'm going to be out of town and not have time to brine. Seemed like a good idea, but I'm starting to second guess. Especially since the guest list has increased to a few people I don't really know. Hoping for the best....and also doing a spiral ham on the BGE as back up.
