Unfortunately they were cut, haven't found a place here that has uncut beef ribs.
Been wanting to try beef ribs, these had nice marbling. Also breaking in my new Oklahoma Joe highlander. Just used a simple salt and pepper rub.



 
Nice looking bones there. I hope they were tender and you enjoyed them

I know that it is a challenge in finding meat and supplies there, having lived in Japan. It looks like you are doing well and making the locals envious!

Thanks, they were pretty good. Turned out better than I thought.
 
They are easier to eat like that, just pickem up and bite
