Pork Belly on the Rotisserie.

Very impressive cook! I love the scoring that you did...really adds to the look of the finished belly! I wonder, does it also allow more of the fat to render out?

Thank you. Salt was all it needed.
2 Weber baskets of fuel,one each side,for about 1 3/4 to 2 hours.
Lid off letting the meat warm up,then lid on.
