This is casino restaurant fair and awesome. Bretheren this would be thru the roof fourth of July fireworks smoke when your done with a good backyard smoked brisket. Will be doing this next brisket cook.

Green chile everything for 72 hours. Back in Texas. Picnic and Chuck in the smoker. Won't be ready tonight but I'm going to do those quesadilla sooner than later. Put a smaller picnic and Chuck on. No place like home
