Beef Ribs ... RD?

I'm headed to Restaurant Depot next week, anyone ever find big, thick beef ribs there?

Ours usually has beautiful chuck short ribs. Nice and meaty.

I was just at the one in New orleans and didn't see any. But I wasn't specifically looking for them. They sure had one hell of a selection. It was my first time in one so I was a bit overwhelmed.

I saw a pallet of cases of frozen IBP Beef back ribs in Woodinville, WA yesterday. They were not cryovac'd and the top two cases that had been pried open did not look all that meaty.

You don't want back ribs, the beef back ribs are never meaty. You want beef chuck or beef plate ribs, you should be able to find them. Most meat supply houses carry them now.
