Final Leftovers -Beef Cheek Nacho

Finally out of already cooked brisket, pork butt, pork picnic, ribs both cuts pork and beef, no visible steak pieces, no meatloaf cupcakes there is some goulash, chili but no more big meat. I finally worked my way thru all of it. Took most of two months.Now to get back to cooking small batch smokes

I asked the wife to pick up some tortilla chips on her voyage to the grocery store today.I really like nachos,just don’t think to make them often enough.Those look DIVINE!
