I'm running out of ideas of what to grill.
I've enjoyed trying some of Cowgirls creations and did up a tomato pie the other week. I need some new ideas. I've done ...
Briskets,
pulled pork,
chicken,
turkey
steaks,
burgers,
stuffed burgers
dogs,
stuffed onions,
MOINKS!
naked fatties,
stuffed fatties
ribs
chuckies
bacon explosions,
nuts,
cheese,
bacon wrapped cordon bleu meatloaf
apple stuffed porkloin
bacon wrapped onion rings
meatballs,
bacon taco shells
a bunch of deserts

I hate the following but cooked them for the wife.
salmon,
stuffed tomatoes,
stuffed peppers
I don't eat seafood period, but the wife's been bugging me for scallops
so that's on the to do list.

I'm sure there's more I've done but escapes my memory right now.
I need something to keep me motivated to head out into the cold (9deg.here today) to grill.
Anything I missed? Any ideas?

Edit, pizza,
calzones,
beef ribs,
chili,
beans,
stuffed jalapenos,
and pastrami

You did not specify BEEF RIBS, or Dinos.
You want the Short Plate, its ribs 6-10 and not trimmed,
will have heavy chuck meat on it. Cook to probe like brisky.
There, that is your assignment.

Bologna,
Hawaiian pig candy (slices of Spam with brown sugar and cayenne on top),
Pig candy (bacon with brown sugar and cayenne on top),
Bacon wrapped mushrooms,
Tri-tip.

Satays. Unlimited possibilities there. Thin cut marinated meats on sticks. YUM.

Do a month or two of crock pot cooking then you'll be motivated to grill again........

lamb loaf for gyros...
Hmm, haven't done lamb yet. The wifes not a fan, but she didn't like pastrami till I grilled that up either. :thumb:

Did bologna. Pig candy sounds interesting.
Tri tip. Hmm. May need some research.

I have done them actually. Delicious! I drive the wife nuts gnawing on the bone.

Stingerhook
I would do oxtail and put them in a stew after grilling.
Sounds...... interesting. I'm not real adventurous when it comes to the non mainstream proteins. I'll add them to the list with pig tongue and rocky mountain oysters. :twitch:

Didn't see ABT's or BBQ beans on the list
I've done stuffed jalapenos', just not bacon wrapped.
Beans and chili on the grill all the time. Don't know how I forgot them on the list.

And pizza and calzones also. Duh!

9 degrees ? Sounds like it's time for you to get into cold smoking.

MMmm sounds good - have any pics?
And how-tos? Calzone.
An expert I am not.
The only pic I got was a before pic. When I pulled it off the grill, I got push down and stepped on to get to it.
That was a cheeseburger calzone. Hamburg, onions, pickles, cheese, mayo, mustard and ketchup.
I use an olive oil dough and pulled a video from youtube on how to stretch.
It actually worked!

Sweet potatoes.
Squash.
Asparagus.
Meatloaf (don't remember that you mentioned it).
Bread.
Biscuits.
Marrow bones.

You're limited only by your imagination.

I've heard of grilled asparagus tips. I've made it my entire life without trying those things. I may have to expand my horizons.
Bacon wrapped meatloaf is all I've done.
Breads are on my list of stuff to try. Needs proteins though. :biggrin1:
Marrow bones? Now that is a new one on me.

Beef Shoulder Clod.
Suckling Pig
Smoked Liver
Whole Hog Head
Pork Neckbones
