Looks devine, Tony! But where did that amazing comal come from?

I got mine from my local swap meet aka flea market for $35

Amazon has them but they are a bit expensive

Ok, im buying a comal!

Couple of questions for Tonybel.

1. What is the salsa recipe!
2. I can use the comal on my side burners? (it doesnt need to be covered, does it?)
3. Did you just cut up a chuck roast?
4. What was the exact seasoning you used and where is it sold
