Ok, im buying a comal!

Couple of questions for Tonybel.

1. What is the salsa recipe!
2. I can use the comal on my side burners? (it doesnt need to be covered, does it?)
3. Did you just cut up a chuck roast?
4. What was the exact seasoning you used and where is it sold

This salsa was 2 handfuls of chile de Arbol.... Toasted in a pan for a minute or so
2 tbs of habanero powder
3 cloves
1/4 of an onion,
1 tbs of black pepper and of salt
Blend and taste if more salt is needed.

The pan is as big as a weber kettle 22.5. I would buy a burner or do it in a kettle. See link

The burner I have is like this one. I see up the pan on a couple of bricks and put the burner underneath
