A complete KCBS turn in caught on time lapse this past weekend. You guys will get a kick out of this, we shot this this past weekend at the Bonner Springs, Ks contest. We finished third overall with a 1st in pork and a 2nd in brisket.

My trailer is set up almost exactly the same as yours. Took us about 4 contests to evolve into that configuration. Really minimizes setup and loading time.

My results, unfortunately, are not as good as yours.
