Had a frozen bag of pulled pork seasoned with OAkRidge Habanero Death Dust and Smokin'Guns Sweet Heat. I added some jalapeños, black olives, enchilada sauce, cheese and some sour cream to the pork and nacho chips.

Warmed the vacuum bag of pork up in a pan of water and was eating in no time. Very little clean up as well.

Terrible photo, but this did not suck!

This posting inspired me to make some nachos with my leftover pulled pork butt--thanks!

Homemade Tortilla Chips
Homemade Nacho Sauce (roux, bechamel, cheddar cheese, salt, a hint of cumin, a little paprika, minced sautee'd jalapeno)
BBQ Pulled Pork
Extras: Green Olives (didn't have black on hand--tasted good), red onion, tomato, salsa verde, sour cream.

Looks great! Local joint sells an App they call "Spuds El Grande", it's Pulled Pork with hot BBQ sauce served over Waffle Fries with Nacho cheese, sour creme and chives. It's AWESOME, even for restaurant Pulled pork
