G'Day Bruces! :becky:
While Jeanie was posting her awesome flat top beef cheek breakfast I was in the throws of doing this... What a coincidence. Of course there are differences. It's summer here, so something light and quick is the order of the day.
Quick and Simple.
It was warm and I was hungry!
Opted for a coleslaw.
Vac packed Pulled Pork on my flat top was the go.
Didn't look too good until it warmed up. Added some Franklins Vinegar sauce for some tartness.
Served it up on the small cutting board in my shed. Some lettuce and a tired old Avo not worth throwing out yet.
Jeanies pics are better than mine.
Made little lettuce wraps in the shed. Watched the Aussie Open.
Closeups:
It was soo good I fried up the rest of the Pulled Pork and ate it right off the board with the rest of the slaw.
As Jeanie would say, "It was kinda tasty!":thumb:
And the clean up was fast....
Cheers!
Bill
