Started with this butt on the spinner coated with Chipotle Tabasco and Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub.


Sprayed it a few times with apple juice and Red Stag.
Some Hickory chunks for smoke.
Here it's "about done" which is BBQ speak for I don't know how much longer it'll take.


My photo guy missed all the pics of shredded meat.
But rotisserie pulled pork looks a lot like regular pulled pork.

So for the leftover part of the show I made up 11 of PP Burritos.
This is not eleven.


Fried three of em to get the Chimi thing going.
Again without my photo guy...

And served em with some Cilantro rice, green chili gravy, and fresh pico.


A fine way to fill my belly and use up some pulled pork.
