Zabuton Steak Has Good Flavor

Seasoned with salt onion powder and garlic powder. Smoked at 250 an hour. Then switched over to sear fire mode, 3 minutes each side. Finished off by adding truffle butter on top mixed with parsley mixed with 1 small garlic clove and salt.
