Happy holidays all. I need advice on the best way to reheat a brisket. Christmas Eve dinner is at two and I don't want to stay up all night cooking, so hoping to smoke everything the day before. What advice can you give me for reheating? Thanks for the collective knowledge.

Snow’s bbq gives these instruction on reheating their pre-made shipped brisket.

To Serve
For best results, thaw frozen items overnight under refrigeration
Preheat oven to 325
Place meat in a pan with 3-4 oz. of water
Seal the top with foil
Heat for 2-2.5 hours or until internal temp reaches 165

Arron Franklin also has YouTube videos with several methods to reheat the pre-made vacuum packed brisket he sells online
