In-laws in town for this beautiful Labor Day Weekend. Pulled the trigger on some prime tomahawk rib-eyes today throw on the Weber Summit Kamado. Smoke Roasted them indirect with some pecan for an hour, then reverse seared to finish. Brushed with Andria’s steak sauce to give them a nice crust. Possibly the best steak of my life. Very pleased.
