Picked up a couple of prime picanahs. Once again without the fat cap but it's still an excellent cut.

Reverse seared on my Weber Summit Kamado / Genesis gasser.

I love picanha with the fat cap but I’m digging the steak method, I agree with or without the fat cap it’s an amazing cut and it looks like you did it right.
