Looks good!! What did you cook it on?

I do a bone-in rib roast (prime when I can get it) every year for Thanksgiving.
(my motto is "At thanksgiving at my house, the only turkey is 101 proof")

I have a BGE XL and got the Kamodo Joe rotisserie accessory...and wow...does that ever work out great!!

Anyway, I'm curious about your cooking method, what you used, how long, etc...was that in another thread?

Thank you,

cayenne

Cayenne,
I cooked it on a Pit Boss 1100 Pro.
Temp was at 225
I put Olive Oil on the roast first, then applied kosher salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, then added Montreal Steak Seasoning, lastly added Holy Voodoo.
I ran it to 128 I.T. temp.
pulled and placed it on cookie sheet, double warped in foil and let it rest 45 min to 1 hr.
I then cut the bones off for later, and sliced.
I held the end pieces for me for a samich later.

Thank You all very much for the compliments.
I will be doing this again for sure.

Spyderman, I had temp set at 225, cook time was approx 2 - 2.5 hrs. to an internal temp of 130, I then let it rest for approx 45 - 60 min tented in foil.
