I love to make Turkey and Dumplings! I use a Czech potato dumpling recipe from my wife’s family in South Dakota. I only make homemade broth now and sometimes can it if there is extra. The OP made a good lookin’ batch. Sometimes I add carrots, celery, onion, and a little thyme and black pepper. So good when made from scratch.
