Large Turkey Legs

Well it's that time of the year for all the turkey questions right?!?

I'm going simple this year though, I'm not really a big turkey person but the wife insists she has left over turkey so I picked up two rather large (State Fair) type size legs and plan on tossing them on the smoker with a few other things Thursday.

Any tips or tricks for large turkey drums? I've never done them separately so I'm in a bit of uncharted territory.

I did Disney turkey legs once and they were great. Was going to do some this year but can't find any turkey legs.

Sauce 'em and broil or smoke 'em until they're sticky. Lots o napkins...
