I smoked two pork butts a few weeks ago and then froze them (they were cooked to 200 degrees). Does anyone have any experience reheating a butt like this? If I get it to 140, will they pull apart like normal?

I've had no issues pulling soft ball+ sized chunks that were previously vacuum packed and frozen. I reheat in a sous vide and toss the meat with a little apple cider vinegar. (simmering pot of water would work just as well) This method seems to retain more moisture than pulling it out of the package, wrapping in aluminum foil and heating in the oven in my experience. Hope this helps, good luck!

That's an interesting question. Never done that, always frozen already pulled because. Try and let us know, worst case scenario you've got sliced pork butt which is still plenty delicious
