I haven't posted in quite some time, decided this morning's breakfast might be a good reason to do so. It was finally a dry morning here in Central Massachusetts and I probably won't be griddling much, if at all over the next few weeks.

I started out with Bacon on the Blackstone -

Yesterday I bought Day Old Challah Bread which will make darn good French Toast. I like mixing my egg batter with cinnamon, brown sugar and nutmeg -

All in all, a darn fine breakfast.

Thanks for reading through to the end of this post.

Looks fine to me. One of my favorite breakfasts.

Got a nice couple days here too. Lee is coming our way :eek:hwell:

Dom, I've been wonder where you've been...

Glad to see you back posting some great cooks. Hope all is well with you and yours.

I prefer Egg Bread. Basicly same with just egg, salt and pepper. If i want sweet i do Belgium waffles or pancakes.

I have a much more rough surface on the Blackstone.

I'm sure I'm doing it wrong.

Dom, that looks fantastic

Thanks.

Mine has a lot of craters and is very uneven. I have pumice stones and Blackstone seasoning but haven't had the time to reseason it. I'll get to it eventually.
