Since the spousal unit was making something for herself, I figgered a double burger with a couple 5 oz patties were about perfect.
We had some tortillas in the cupboard, so I figured I should make some chips to go with the burger.
The radial arm saw made short work of cutting the Tortillas! 😆

Damn...that looks GOOD!!

Hmm....make sure and ring the dinner bell a little louder next time you do these....so I can drop by!!!

;)

That looks mighty fine! How does the Carolina Cooker burner work? Always have seen them, but never pulled the trigger on that brand.

Thanks Joedy!

So far, I'm happy with them.
One thing to know, they DO NOT come with the hose or regulator!
That took them from $16 to $30 each with regulators from Amazon.

Brethren Robert has one and says his doesn't put out as much heat as he'd hoped.
The regulators I got are adjustable, 5 to 20 psi, I think.
They crank!

Bravo, Terry! You cook those chips just like The Missus does over here, and they are far above anything that can be procured at a store.

The burger and guac looks fantastic as well - I would like to try one of those very soon.
