Picked up a bag yesterday. I think the newer bags of hardwood” Blends” vs the older bags of Oak just smell and also burn differently. I used to love B&B. Noticed more sparks as well. Leaning more on FOGO lately at the price I can get it at Wild Fork locally. That being said at 14$ for 20lbs it could be worse I suppose
 
Hopefully it's not too bad. I ordered 6 bags. It's been my go-to for quite a while.
