Ran across this on the Kikkoman page thought I would share, and I also use these posts to save and look up later. I hope you all don't mind.
For Asian Glaze
½ cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
