Full Fledged Farker
Every time I make Chicken Shawarma, I ask myself why I don't make it more often. Did just under 5lbs of boneless skinless thighs marinated over night and grilled on the Weber 26. Homemade flat breads, yogurt sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and feta. Already looking forward to tomorrow's left overs...
