North wind 20 temperature in 60's. Wanted beans, wanted meat- therefore Chilebeans. Not to be confused with Texas Red nor Texas Chili or just Chili where Texians may be located. Actually I had planned for Red Top Stew- reality got in the way of plans.

1.25# Ground Chuck 80/20 browned
While browning add
Half tsp garlic powder
Half tsp onion powder
1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

When browned, drain or not, your call-I did not
Add 7 oz tomato sauce
Add beans if desired - optional
Add 1 Tablespoon Chili powder

Simmer, add liquid if needed about 30 minutes
Adjust seasoning (I added about 1tsp Chili Powder)

Serve

Looks and sounds Fantastic Adams Love a good bowl of Chili :thumb:

The Williams Chili Willi seasoning has great flavor but heat level is about as low as you can go. The Bride thought it perfectly seasoned. I added hot sauce
