Trying a new "Texas Red"

Texas Red Chili Powder by Kinder's

Instant Pot Chili
20oz boneless beef ribs, seasoned and seared
1/3 pound light smoked Tri Tip Chopped
1 pound frozen 90/10 hamburger
1/2 cups leftover onions and peppers from yesterday's Fajitas
1 cup of H2O 1 cup beef stock
2 shots of Tequila (one for pot one for cook Thanx cowgirl)
1package Kinders Texas Red Chili Powder

45 minutes on High, will see what I have and what it needs.
So far, no tomatoes no beans
