There was 3 slices of cheese per sandwich, Robert.
It was on top when they were on the griddle, so it was next to the roll, under the meat, on the plated sammies.
Between the meat, veg and Q-Salt, they probably wouldn't have needed any cheese, but it was my attempt at a *Cheese* steak, so....cheese!
Damn fine job! I got gifted a used berkel from an Arby's. I need to use it more. Thanks for the inspiration. For whatever reason, never thought of slicing raw meat.
