Not sure about musk ox, but i have heard good things regarding yak brisket.

Definitely doesn't look like salmon fillets. But i imagine farm raised salmon without color added would look similar.

Ha. My pops cleared out a whole section of lambchops because they were labelled porkchops with porkchop prices. Costco lady didn't pick up on it until the last few packs and she was like "these are the smallest porkchops I've ever seen!"
