CINCHOUSE asked for some Korean wings (bottom sauce) and some Jamaican Jerk wings (top sauce).

Called on John Henry's Mojave Garlic for the Korean; Straight Garlic Powder for the Garlic Parmesan; and Wicken Yanks Wings Rub for the Jamaican Jerk. They make a nice color difference on the kettle... especially after the turn at half-way.

Seriously... those have been the best additions to the culinary "toolbox" in the wing department that I've ever seen.

Oregano. Boss adds dried oregano to the mix. I never would've guessed.
 
I thought you had plenty to share, but I guess I was wrong. Great looking cook! They just disappeared.
 
I feel like I'm workin' hard when I do 2 kinds of wings. :oops:

I know and love jerk wings, and those other 2 are intriguing. I think the fam would appreciate a little detour from the usual weekend wings (rotating rubs, franks w/bacon grease) - so I think what I'm gonna do is take a look through yer wing threads and up my game. :hungry:
