Have you any idea what these "cheapest chickens" are fed or how they live? For people that are so interested in how you prepare and cook them I feel you are all missing a trick by starting off with the most shitiest ingredients...

In no way can I disagree with you, But my thriftiness(cheapass) reigns over knowing that commodity meat is raised in confined space with hormones, antibiotics etc.

If a step up in quality did not mean a quantum jump in price, I might be more receptive to the idea.
