What are your "core" rubs?

A while back I was in the Post Falls Cabela's, I went ta have a look at the carnivore grinders.. They have a aisle...I found it...thats entirely filled with rubs. I must have had seizures in me head because I had some kid asking me if I needed any help. I must have been standing there fer a moment, I felt like a real f'ing dope.

Yes, its almost like craft beer these days, the choices are overwhelming.

That's when I simplify.

The BBQ Rub or The Gospel for pork.

AP rub with some additional herbs for poultry.

As for Brisket, I've tried a few commercial runs, but found I prefer the amazingribs.com brisket rub recipe.

Slap yo' mama on basically everything non-BBQ.

My #1 would be SuckleBusters SPG HOT! (I use this stuff on everything)
SuckleBusters 1836 Beef
SuckleBusters Texas Pecan (Pork Chicken)
SuckleBusters Honey BBQ (Pork Chicken)
SuckleBusters Texas Gold Dust (AP, Beans has a bit of Tex Mex hit)
SuckleBusters LPG (Lemon Pepper Garlic)
SuckleBusters Fajita Seasoning

Killer Hog--AP Rub & The BBQ Rub
Kosmos Q--Dirty Bird & Honey Chipotle
Heath Rile--Garlic Jalapeno

Definitely other really good ones but as of right now if these run out, they will be restocked soon.
