Weekend Cook.

I forgot to mention I also did a 4# buckboard bacon and it turned out great. Just as I was getting ready to take it out of the smoker one of my best friends dropped by. We sat down on the back patio enjoying some coffee and the smell of sweet blue. I then put a sheet of aluminum foil on top the fire box, grabbed a cooked fatty out of the fridge, sliced her up and heated it on the fire box lid. Next his brother and sister-in-law show up on their Harleys so I slice up the buckboard bacon and put another pot of coffee on and bring out the Jack. As I'm comming back outside I hear the sound of another Harley and it's our friend Rick followed by his wife Faith. Here it is 10:00 on a Saturday morning and we have a party going. Fatties, buckboard bacon, coffee, Jack Daniels, and good friends. Mornings lik that are hard to beat. Took the butts off around 12:30 wrapped them in the cooler then pulled them last night around 9:00 still steaming hot and deliscious.

I'll be posting pics as soon as my step son comes over and shows me how.
