2 cups quadruple rinsed Texas Pintos
Two Teaspoons Williams Chili Willy
Two Teaspoons William's Bean Spice
1 tablespoon salt

Overnight Crockpot on low, which usually is 195-200°
In the morning will add chopped purple onion and green Chile.

My "plan" is High Plains Pork and Beans.
Pulled smoked pork shoulder, smoked sliced pan seared for crispy edges pork "German" sausage, and finding a small package of pork chops, grill them up over coals and cube- all in the beans.
