Had several cooks lately where I kept bones and drippings. Beef and pork. Simmered everything in a big pot with onion-garlic-oregano-cumino a box of chicken stock and about 1 beer.

Strained the stock and Let it cool a couple days until gelled. Last night placed a good amount of rinsed and inspected for trash Goya small red beans in the crockpot. Added the smoked jello and coffee. All night long on low setting which is about 195*.

Jelly Beans

Sounds tasty!!
I have some beef cheek jelly in the freezer for special dishes. It really adds a lot of flavor!
