Freezer cook today. Had some chunks from a SRF black brisket and thighs.

Got Montreal Steak on the beef and in a bit I'll put this Garlic Pepper Tone's on the chicken. I've really been liking the garlic pepper tones. Saw it in Sams one day on sale for like $5 and grabbed it.

Beef on at 225 for probably 90mins then I'll wrap up in a pan to finish in some form of pulling state. Chicken will go on in a few hours.

Looks like you have some good eats in your near future. I like the Tones 6 pepper blend, good stuff but it may be a bit much for your tiny humans right now.
 
Shredded beef brisket looks great, but that chicken ceasar salad is what im going for at your house.
