Ive been mia for the past cpl of months as my Grandfather passed (he was a father to me ). F*ck Cancer!!!.. Things are getting back to nomal and would like to share a few cooks..

With all the Blackstone talk i decided to try and get 1 on Blackfriday for the $99. Was in and out of store in about 45 mins. While in line i decided to get 2 of them.

Also got a new #8 lem meat grinder a cpl of months ago that i never got a chance to use till now.

New patty maker workd great also.

I dont know how to seperate the pics and write whats in the pic . Pics will include ground Tri Tip burgers (thanks ssv3) , hot liks bacon sauteed onion , flap meat (carne asada,

That looks great!! I picked up 2 of the Blackstone 28" griddles last night and am anxious to get them in operation as well.
