Hey you with the face!
Decided to smoke turkey breast and will be buying a slicer tomorrow. Used cherry wood for smoke. Going to cook them off and slice tomorrow after they are cooled and chilled.
I have to many whole turkeys so cut them up and going to make lunch meat.
Using Killer Hoggs The BBQ Rub for seasoning.
Good stuff and I am almost through the bottle of it already.
I will get pics when my phone is charged up.
 


Just a pic of the turkey breasts after coming off the smoker. I cooled them down and wrapped them up. Going to get a slicer in a bit. They sold them all at the store so going to go check around and find one. So yeah if I find one local I will get it all sliced up. Probably make a sandwich.
 
going to have to wait to slice the turkey. All the meat slicers are sold out all over town. I suspect it is a supply chain problem. Going to get one ordered online and update this when I get it.
Figures the minute I decide to get one there are none to be had. Oh well it will be fine to wait to get it in the mail and slice it up mid-week.
