Tri-Tip

My first post here. Great looking Tri-Tip. I've never cooked one. Where would one get a Tri-tip? I don't think I've ever seen one in my local grocery store. (Fort Worth Area)

Tri-Tip isn't available, or more accurately, it isn't cut in all parts of the country but I do believe you can get them in Texas.

Will some of our Texas brethren step in and help Skooter out?

I hardly ever have leftover tri-tip, and it makes a great cold cut when sliced thinly.

Thank you Gary. Yes leftovers are one of my favorite things about cooking a Tri-Tip.
