Friday when I got to work the smoker was moved and fired up. When lunch rolled around the mystery was solved, brats cooked not smoked. It's like a Samurai warrior working as a elementary school hall monitor.

You should offer to give it a run with pulled pork and ribs next time. Show them what that thing can really put out.
