I've been BBQing exclusively on Weber kettles for several years now. I currently have my original kettle and a Performer Premium copper top so I think I'm pretty well equipped as far as charcoal.
Lately I've been thinking of adding a small gasser. I think the convenience for quick things like burgers and dogs and the occasional steak for the wife and I would be nice. A lot of the time it takes longer to light the coals than the actual cook.
I'm considering a Weber Genesis II E210 orS210. Any opinions and suggestions will appreciated. Wadda you guys think?
