I bought the Smoke several years ago, along with the WiFi Gateway. Both still work perfectly.
I had to call tech support a couple years ago to get it to sync up correctly. Can't remember what the reason was. Firmware update or something. Tech support helped resolve it and back in business, with the original equipment I purchased years ago.
Hmmm...I wonder if I deleted that email without looking at it...

I got my dad a SmokeX2 a few years ago for Christmas and he loves it. I then treated myself to the 4X and billows and have been quite happy with it as well. I think I just have had my first dead probe with it now, and it's been 2 or 3 years.
