HI Still working on the Prime from Costco.Do have some local butchers to check out and see the price for their Prime packers. Just lie to try prime and see "IF" there is any difference.
My Shirley is on grass, not too easy move around, it is proably going to stay just where it is.

Was gonna start new thread but nah only 1 pic just wrapped brisket in butcher paper 100lb butt 4 slabs spares stayed up way to late last night. Cooker is amazingly easy to control temp love it.
