Looks good. I just had a Colorado burger from "Smashburger" and it was similar to this. I'm going to have to try it at home, but on the griddle.
 
You can bet when my peppers are ripe I'll be giving this a try, thanks Moose!
 
Looks great as always Moose. One addition I would do is to add some garlic to the onion/pepper mix. Garlic takes green chili up a notch. :thumb:
 
Being the the burger man I am, these are definitely on my list.
I have pablono and Anaheim coming on and ready to pick in a few days and
thats gonna be their first job.
 
We gave this a shot tonight. Wifey likes: sez do it again.
I will, however... no salt on the onions next time & will add some serranos to the mix.
