Dusted with Oakridge Black Ops, Dizzy Pig Cow Lick, Montreal Steak and Aleppo Pepper
Kamado got the call since it hadn't been used in ages. Burning mesquite with a chunk of pecan
Chuckies on
Set at 275 and enjoyed some beers in the meantime
Made horseradish sauce and sliced some cheese also
They hit about 160
Sweet peppers and beer
Chuckies in with the peppers and beer to cook until probe tender
Sliced some rolls from the market down the street that bakes them daily
Cheese on the bottom, horseradish sauce on top

Pulled chuckie chunks in the middle
Into the cast iron pan
Pressed
Cut and served with baked beans and an ice cold one
Oh Yeah!
